Removing color cast

Some color images with color shift (uneven color), may occur during or present in the original scanned image in. Gondola images have color cast, it was too red.

Note: the need for 24-bit monitor can see the color cast, it can display millions of colors. Those who can only show 256 colors (8 bits) of the display, see Hue is very difficult, or impossible to detect.
We will now use the Color Balance command to adjust the level to correct the color cast photos. You can use any method of adjustment layers to edit images, without permanently changing the original pixel value. Use the adjustment layer to adjust the color balance of your plan to print the image has special advantages. If necessary, when you see a color proof or print a copy, you can change the image attached.

1. Select Layer> New> Adjustment Layer.
2. Select Color Balance (Color Balance).
3. Click OK to create and display the color balance adjustment layer Layer dialog box.
4. Select Preview Preview option.
5. In order to adjust the middle in order to reduce the red hue, drag the top of the mouse to the left (we used -15), the middle mouse to the right (we use the +8).



6. Click OK to accept the color balance adjustment layer. Note the color balance layer appeared in the layers palette.
7. In the layers palette, click in the color balance layer of the eye icon next to hidden or display layers. You will find that after adjusting the color and the difference between the original color.
8. Select File> Save, save the file.
Note: When you double-click the adjustment layer on layer palette, the corresponding dialog box appears, where you can edit the adjustment layer value.
